A world made up of floating islands of various sizes - a floating continent, where two types of races, "inuhito" and "nekohito" live.
Marto, an Inuhito boy, lives peacefully with his younger sister Mei while herding sheep in the remote village of Petit Mona. One day, the village is suddenly attacked by the northeastern country ``Berman Empire,'' and it burns to the ground overnight. How could something like this happen... Marto and the others were confused, and a mysterious voice came from the radio...! ?
